Ways of Dispatch

Our products come to you in the following ways:

1. Receipt by the customer
You can pick up your order from our headquarters without incurring shipping costs.
For pickup from the store it is required to have made a prior online order and after our contact you will be able to pick up your order.
The prices of the products are also valid in the physical store, if the above procedure has been followed.

2. By courier company (Courier)
Delivery is usually made within 1 – 3 days from the date of shipment.
Information on cost and delivery time are listed below.

3. With a transport company
It can be done in a few cases, upon request, if the volume or weight of the products you order is too large.
Payment in this case cannot be made by cash on delivery but only by bank transfer before shipment.

Some orders require an advance payment to be executed and some do not.
We will inform you as soon as we receive your order and you can pay the balance by cash on delivery.

Mission Charges:

1. Shipping by Courier (Delivery Time: 1 – 3 days)
For orders with a total weight of up to 3 kg, the shipping costs are 6.00 €
Orders with a total weight of more than 3 kg or bulky parcels, have an additional charge of 2 € / kg
Charges for cash on delivery 2,5 €

2. Shipment by Courier of your own choice
You have the option to choose to ship with any Courier you work with, and therefore have a special agreed price to reduce the cost of shipping costs. The cost of shipping in this case is paid by you, upon receipt. Also in this case we cannot commit to the delivery time of your transport company, since we do not have a special cooperation with them.
In this shipping method, you do not have the option of cash on delivery.
In order for your order to be processed, you must have made a bank transfer before shipping.

3. Shipment by transport company
You can choose to ship with any shipping company you work with, and therefore have a special agreed price to reduce the cost of shipping. This shipping method only applies to heavy weight or high volume orders, where the cost of shipping by COURIER is high. The cost of shipping in this case is paid by you, upon receipt. Also in this case we cannot commit to the delivery time of your transport company, since we do not have a special cooperation with them.
In this shipping method, you do not have the option of cash on delivery.
In order for your order to be processed, you must have made a bank transfer before shipping.
