Product Guarantee

All products available on our website are covered by the official manufacturer’s warranty, in accordance with the applicable consumer laws, thus making your online purchases as safe, secure and affordable as in any other physical store.
In addition, the products are subjected to a technical inspection (where possible) for their proper operation. We are always at your disposal giving solution to any problem that may arise during ordering, shipping, receipt and use of these.

Product Warranty Terms

The company confirms that according to the warranty the appliances work perfectly and according to the specifications of the manufacturers or their assemblers.
The warranty is valid only upon presentation of the legal proof of purchase or the warranty form bearing the stamp of our store.
For the completion of the warranty process, the dealer is responsible for the repair and restoration of the problem.
The store is responsible for the processing of the procedure (i.e. to receive the product and return it repaired to the consumer)
The way and costs of transport to and from our store as well as the possible insurance of the devices are the customer’s choice and responsibility.
The time required for this process to progress varies, depending on the nature of the problem.
In case of impossibility to repair the defective product, the company will replace the defective product with another one of the same or equivalent technical specifications.
This warranty does not cover the consumable parts of the devices and damages caused by the buyer.
We recommend that you check, at the time of delivery of your order, the condition of the products and the intactness of their packaging, in order to detect any obvious defects e.g. broken goods, wrong item, incomplete parts and inform us immediately and no later than 24 hours.
The warranty automatically ceases to apply in the following cases:

When the product has been subjected to an operation carried out in a service centre not authorised by the dealer
When damage results from an accident, poor wiring, a fall, exposure to extremes of temperature, humidity, vibration or liquid splashing.
When the product is subjected to physical or electrical stress beyond the manufacturer’s specifications.
When the manufacturing number or distinguishing marks of the device have been altered, removed or destroyed.
When the product is used in an environment not intended by the manufacturer.
When the damage is caused by poor installation.
When the problem is caused by virus programs that alter the functional characteristics of the device.
When the manufacturer’s maintenance procedures are not followed.
Our company shall not be liable for any damages caused by the product or by errors in the operation of the product, including loss of revenue and profits, special, consequential or incidental damages and shall not be liable for any claims made by third parties or by you on behalf of third parties.

The guarantee is the full compensation of the buyer.
